Special rate for long term winter booking £170 per week for bookings 4 weeks and over. Based on 2 sharing.

Above prices include cleaning, linen, towels. (Exc beach towels)

• Please enquire for prices on short breaks or extended stays.
• Weeks are Saturday to Saturday but weekday arrivals and departures may be accommodated to take advantage of lower flight prices.
• Security Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £150 is payable to secure your booking. Full payment is payable 6 weeks prior to departure. Then the original deposit is held as a damage / security deposit. This will be refunded in full as soon as the property has been checked for any breakages/ damage and the keys have been returned.

• Please contact us firstly by telephone or email to check availability and specify your requirements.
• Please complete the booking form and send it with a cheque for the required amount.

Travel Insurance: We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover all eventualities.
As the owners of the apartment we accept no responsibility for any personal injury or the loss/damage of any personal items.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing and at the earliest opportunity.

In the event of cancellation the following charges will become payable.
