Rental Terms and Condition

1. Accommodation is no smoking. However, smoking is allowed on the terrace.

2. Accommodation provided is for use of the named rental clients only and may not be added to or sub-let.

3. Details of address, key collection and directions to the apartment will be posted to you once final payment has been received. This will be posted to you by registered post.

4. The accommodation is available from 4pm on day of arrival and is to be vacated by 11 am on day of departure (alternative times by special arrangement may be possible).

5. Linen and towels (not beach towels) will be provided. Cleaning will be provided on a weekly basis including change of all linen.
